Ordering

It is easy and secure to shop at skalvitegne.com.

Add your desired items to the cart, then proceed to the “Shopping Cart,” where you will get an overview of the items in your order. If you have any comments about your order, you can write them in the comment field.

Once you're ready to check out, simply click “Continue” and enter your information. When you have “Approved” your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.

 

Payment

All prices on the website are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

Skal Vi Tegne ApS accepts online payments with [Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, PayPal, and MobilePay Online]. We do not charge any transaction fees.

Payment will only be deducted from your account once the item has been shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Skal Vi Tegne ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning the connection is completely secure.

Institutions with a valid EAN number can pay via EAN/electronic invoice. Choose offline payment when placing the order and write the EAN number in the comment field.

Delivery

We only deliver within Denmark. The typical delivery time is 2–4 business days. For orders placed on weekends or public holidays, the item will be shipped on the next working day. We always strive to ship orders placed before 12:00 noon on weekdays the same day.

If, in exceptional cases, delivery takes longer, you will be informed by email.
We deliver to private addresses in Denmark – but not to the Faroe Islands or Greenland.

All items are delivered via DAO.

Return and right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day full return right on items purchased from our webshop.

The return period is counted from the day you receive your order. Return shipping costs are at your own expense, and you are free to choose the carrier.

You must notify us of your withdrawal no later than 14 days after your purchase, and the returned item must reach us within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

Notification must be given via email to info@skalvitegne.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. Please remember to include your order number.

It is up to Skal Vi Tegne ApS to assess the condition of the item. If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function, it is considered used and of diminished value. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all.

Gift cards cannot be refunded or paid out. Sale items are non-returnable.

Right to complain

According to Danish consumer law, you have a 2-year warranty on products. The warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing.

Complaints must be reported to Skal Vi Tegne ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the item. One month is considered reasonable, unless otherwise agreed.

The warranty does not apply to faults or damages caused by improper use of the product.
Skal Vi Tegne ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Privacy Policy

When you purchase an item and voluntarily provide your information, we receive customer data. As the data controller, we handle your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.

We use third parties for handling some of our operations, such as shipping logistics, which are not developed by Skal Vi Tegne ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners to ensure they comply with applicable data protection laws.

If you have a complaint and we are unable to resolve it together, you may use one of the following options:

  • Center for Complaint Resolution via the appeals portal at the Danish Nævnenes Hus.
     

  • Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark
     

  • If you are an EU-based consumer living in another EU country, you can submit your complaint via the EU Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
